Here is the very basic handout for the Baba Yaga class I am teaching tomorrow at Sunderoak A&S night. I first taught it at the fall AEthelmearc AEcademy in 2004, and it was my first class! It actually grew up and changed quite a bit, in the last twelve years.

Tomorrow I am teaching a class on Byliny at Sunderoak A&S night. I first taught it in 2006 at Pennsic, and then moved on to other folklore topics (primarily fairy tales). So I had to seriously rework my handout, and redo all my references – I bought EndNote several months ago, and realized how mush more useful I can make by bibliography and citations! I decided I will redo all my handouts (eventually), but here is the first one:
Today I had the pleasure of teaching a class at Aelthelmearc AEcademy on what it takes to create a plausible period scenario for Commedia dell’Arte. I’ll be posting my handouts soon. The creation of this class was an offshoot of a much bigger project I’m currently working on and hope to have done before the end of the holidays.
