I am a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA).  I am a subject of the Kingdom of Aethelmearc  and play within the Barony Marche of the Debatable Lands (BMDL).  My interest within the SCA is largely about ephemera.  There are many fantastic folks who make things, perform things, and cook things but I like to thing of myself as a meta-bard.  I research stories about stories.  I also enjoy trying to create things that weren’t!  That is, things that didn’t physically exist, or physical things that did exist but weren’t meant to survive.   These include folklore, fairy tales, legends, and performances.  Beyond researching and teaching about these things, I greatly enjoy spinning, and baking cookies.

I am in the process of posting my class handouts and scenarios online. I will include the links to the handouts in by blog posts. Also, the folklore and mythology handouts will reside under the Folklore and Mythology tab, commedia and performance related handouts and scenarios under the Commedia dell’Arte tab.
